Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment has been successfully confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

3. Shipping Rates
Free Shipping – We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum order value is required.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Processing Time: 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–13 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, address verification issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or restricted locations. Certain items may also be subject to shipping restrictions depending on carrier limitations, product characteristics, or applicable regulations.
6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
