Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is confirmed as defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you and cover any reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating the return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used in the original transaction.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return is approved for the refund to be processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
